NOTE: These dimensions are dimensionally correct. The foundation will fit any US mattress size listed, the US mattress industry simply rounds up the mattress size to the nearest inch. For example a Twin is really 74.5″ x 37.5″ not 75″ x 38″ like you see advertised; excluding extra padding that a particular manufacturers mattress covers may add.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Align one end rail to two side rails and center support as shown in picture 1.
Pieces are marked for easy assembly; match up the letters as marked.
Start bolts on end rail that align with holes in side rails and center support
Insert only the bolt into the hole
Apply washers and wing nuts but do not tighten until you attach the other end rail
Tighten all wing nuts after rails and center support are attached and in place, as shown in picture 2
Place top slats at one end of foundation with the strips on the bottom side and roll out to other end, then drop end slats onto the velcro at each end like picture 3.
Congratulations! You have assembled your extra heavy duty foundation. Now apply your cover.

After a lengthy search we decided on BIoSleep’s wood foundation. Unfortunately, the wrong height was shipped in error. I called customer service on a Saturday and my called was answered by the owner, Christian, directly. After explaining the issue, within literally two minutes I received a call back from him that the correct foundation would be shipped on Monday with a rush on it. We received the foundation two days later as promised (we live across the country in the northeast) and the foundation is even nicer than we expected. It went together easily and the cover is actually a fully zippered enclosure to completely cover it – we expected just a cover to slip over it.
