Our organic futons and toppers are made from natural cotton and wool fiber material. These organic materials get compressed under weight and pressure. To prevent migration of fibers within a futon or topper, our products are made of wool and cotton bats, instead of chunks. To keep your beddings even and ensure its longevity, rotate and flip your futon periodically.
The Chenonceau Deluxe Couch Futon with Wool is a versatile handcrafted futon designed for everyday use as a sofa and the occasional bed. A Bio Sleep Concept’s original and among our most popular futons. 8 inch thickness comprised of two 2.5 inch pieces of 1.8 lbs/cu. ft. density HR convoluted Certipur Foam wrapped in 5 inches of naturally luxurious cotton batting processed locally to our exact standards. The final layer is high quality wool which enhances body heat in winter and coolness in summer. These layers produce an ideal balance of support, comfort, and resiliency. All materials are protected by a heavy outer shell featuring double-stitched seams. Hand tufted to keep all materials in place.

I love that there are no chemicals however there is a scent to it from the sheep’s wool. I have gotten used to the unique smell. It is comfortable though. I will buy another in the future for a different room.
