Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is calculated online. Our preferred service is FedEx. Please allow 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. Large and oversize items such as mattresses, box springs, and bedroom furniture require special shipping rates. Please email or call the Bio Sleep Concept customer service department for a rate quote if you place an order for large and over-sized items and no shipping prices displays on checkout. You will be contacted with a special rate quote within 12 - 48 hours. Orders will not be processed without customer approval of special shipping costs.

Typical Shipping charges can be accessed on the Bio Sleep Concept Website when you checkout or on your shopping cart page. You must enter all your shipping and contact information for this feature to work. If no shipping charges appear, please email or call us for a special rate. Since FedEx ground service is our primary service. 2nd day and Overnight service is available at additional cost within the US. (large, oversize and special order items are excluded). If these expedited options do not display automatically when you checkout, please contact us if you would wish to use this service for your order. Cost for rush shipments will vary based on dimensional weight and type of service.

We have installed the latest encryption software conforming to the Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol to safeguard all of the information you send to us. Your transaction is just as secure as if you came into our store personally. Your personal information is stored on our premises in a locked fire file. All client information is kept in-house and strictly confidential. Personal information collected from you during order processing such as your name, address, phone and fax numbers, email address, and credit card number, is used exclusively for contact, shipping, and billing purposes. On some pages you can submit information about other people, for example, ordering a gift for another person. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. Bio Sleep Concept will share your information with appropriate third parties, such as the U.S. government or court system, when required to do so by the law.


Returns & Exchanges

You may return any eligible item purchased from Bio Sleep Concept within 30 days of delivery receipt, provided it is in its original box and packaging. All returned or canceled items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with the remaining balance issued as in-store credit, valid for six (6) months.

Return Conditions:

✔ The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
✔ All returned merchandise must be in original condition, packaging, and unassembled.
✔ Items that have been used, washed, or modified cannot be returned.
✔ Actual shipping charges on any item or package are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, email support@biosleepconcept.com with your original order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your contact details. Once received, our team will provide return instructions.

If your return is accepted, please use an insured and trackable shipping method to return the product to the address provided. You must email us the tracking number for reference.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products, such as custom or special orders, mattresses, and futons, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. If you are unsure about an item’s return eligibility, contact us at support@biosleepconcept.com before placing an order.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We take great care in packaging all orders to prevent damage during shipping. However, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Steps to Report Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  2. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. Email support@biosleepconcept.com within 24 hours of delivery with the order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

For Truck Freight or White Glove Deliveries, please follow the additional instructions below.

Instructions for Processing Damaged Shipments

For General Merchandise Deliveries (FedEx, UPS, USPS)

✔ All merchandise must be inspected upon delivery and signed for by the recipient.
✔ If you notice damage, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
✔ If any item is missing, list the missing item on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

Failure to document damage or missing items at the time of delivery may void your claim.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We primarily ship orders via FedEx Ground, with expedited options available at an additional cost. Large or oversized items, including mattresses, bed frames, and furniture, require special shipping arrangements.

For rush orders, shipping costs will vary based on weight and delivery location.

Large & Oversized Items (Freight Shipping Guidelines)

Curbside Delivery:

  • The delivery driver will leave the package in your driveway or curbside.
  • You must inspect the package before signing for delivery.
  • If there is any damage or missing parts, note it on the BOL before signing.

White Glove Delivery:

  • White Glove service includes delivery inside your home, unpacking, and basic inspection.
  • This service does not include assembly or carrying items up multiple flights of stairs.
  • Inspect the item before signing and report any damage on the BOL.

Important Note:

All furniture and mattress orders are photographed before packaging. If you receive a damaged item, please contact support@biosleepconcept.com immediately with detailed photos and a copy of the signed BOL.

Additional Important Notes:

✔ Tracking Numbers: A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
✔ Missed Deliveries: If you miss three delivery attempts, the item will be returned to us, and additional fees may apply.
✔ Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact the shipping provider first to file a claim, then email us for further assistance.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

All pricing is subject to change without notice. For all prices, products, and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors, closeouts, specials and other extenuating circumstances. Pricing changes often occur daily. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on this web site. However, as humans we may error. All pricing is for the actual time of your purchase, we unfortunately can not honor lower price request if the price was lowered at a different time. Returns for all items will be accepted within 30 days of the order date but must be in new sale-able condition and include the original packaging. We reserve the right to offer this refund in the form of in-store credit. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
