Shikibuton inspired 100% chemical free with natural and organic materials only. A traditional Japanese Shikibuton ranges from 2 to 4 inches in thickness and is designed to be placed on bamboo mats or other hard surfaces. Our All Fiber collection is inspired by this tradition but incorporates a western lifestyle ranging from 4 to 8 inches thick instead. This eliminates the need to add a pad under the futon and increases the futons softness. All Fiber futons require the most care and will develop a depression where you sleep if not rotated regularly.
