If you have a general question about a product, for example, if you want to know a products dimensions or weight because they are not listed on the product page, it would be best to ask a new question on the product page itself. On every product page there is a tab labeled Product Questions where you can ask new questions about the product and review answers to previous questions. You never know, your question may have already been answered! All new product questions will be answered within 24 hours of asking excluding US holidays.
